When will my plants be delivered?
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 7 PM. Orders placed after 7 PM are delivered within 2 days. Sometimes delays can occur — but don’t worry, we’ll keep your plants safe and inform you about any delays.
My order was due for delivery yesterday, but I have still not received it?

What are ThePlantshala loyalty points?
Every order earns you loyalty points (1 point = ₹1). You can use these points on your next order. See our cashback policy for details.
How can I redeem or use my Loyalty points?
At checkout, you’ll see an option to use loyalty points. Enter the amount you’d like to use and click apply.
Can I place an order on call?
To ensure smooth processing, we do not accept orders over phone. Please place your order through our website for the best experience.
What is the Return and Replacement Policy?

What is the minimum cart value?
A minimum cart value of ₹200 is required to place an order.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD as our delivery partners are not equipped with cash handling facilities.
