Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return Plants?

No. We do not accept returns on plants — they are delicate and cannot withstand the stress of a return journey. But we guarantee healthy delivery!

Some plants may look slightly stressed on arrival — give them water, sunlight & a little time to revive.

Can I Return Non-Plant Products?

Yes! Non-plant items (like planters & tools) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused and unopened. Damaged on arrival? Let us know & we’ll fix it.

How to Return

If returning a non-plant product, please:

Ship it back within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll refund or replace the item after inspection.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by you.
